Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

I'm not involved in building the system, and if I had the opportunity to do so, I'd ask for a better build, more in line with our environment, even if it would add more budget, I'd try to come up with an analysis, because that's right Our environment is really beneficial and can also reduce the burden on everyone more.
Mainly used to monitor host and network operations in our environment.

At present, the main management discussion issues are the adjustment flexibility of PowerPacks and the customization of reports.

The lack of local support from the vendor, so the different time zones that results few working hours of the support of every tickets.

Provide more Traditional Chinese support, online courses, PowerPack support, diversified report options, better user interface and user experience.

The more efficiency monitoring of the Science Logic system itself, like performance and more diversified email notifications.

More convenient communication channels for customers, more real-time support, and let customer convenience to provide feedback.
