Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We use ScreenConnect with all of our employees to assist in IT help with customers who are on the road. We love that if someone is out of the office we can easily help them with any issue and they can see what is going on. It has assisted in time because we do not need to drive somewhere or talk on the phone and have them explain the issue, they can recreate the issue and have us see it in real time.

We began to use ScreenConnect because it was quicker and more efficient than Windows Remote Desktop Connection. We have not used any other product while I have worked here and would not recommend any other product. I believe it is a fair price for a great product that has increased our productivity and our relationship with clients. Being able to teach them and letting them see what we are doing has made it more personal and interactive.
