Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
Remote access to client systems. User doesn't have to be there.
- Installs an agent for after hours access.
- Quick email link for them to select.
- Multiple monitor support is a plus.
- Mac usage is spotty. Sometimes agent doesn't start in Safari. Chrome always downloads the plugin each time you connect.
- Don't like printer pass through. Was able to disable it though.
- More notice of updates.
- Faster response time.
- Easier for clients to connect us.
- Less client input required to connect.
LogMeIn Rescue is too expensive and has more steps involved to connect.
