Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut to identify top talent in the market for a variety of roles, mostly those in Sales. I'm able to take Boolean Strings and pull new batches of candidates that I otherwise couldn't reach. In a competitive sales market, it's necessary to have a tool like SeekOut to stay to the front of best-in-class talent and reach out efficiently.

We were fortunate to have multiple training sessions with the SeekOut team to better utilize Boolean Strings and advanced search options. The internal team got back to us quickly to schedule and they're always available to provide additional support when needed. The customer experience is really strong compared to similar tools.
The choice to use SeekOut was not mine, but based on the cost for use I believe it was a better option for our team. SeekOut allows me to use more advanced search strings to pull new candidates and also has a broader understanding of who I've spoken to before compared to LI.

Yes

It's well suited for high-volume sourcing, especially for IC3/4 roles and above. It's suited for pulling candidate lists in scenarios where layoffs happen. It's not well suited for identifying junior, part-time, customer service-type candidates who typically underutilize LinkedIn. It's not as well suited for cross-collaborative projects with other recruiters. I think you should build out outreach campaign options directly into SeekOut.
