Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

SeekOut allows me to view candidate profiles and candidate engagement in one central place. SeekOut also allows me to filter and search for candidates both within my applicant tracking system and outside of it. This allows me to leverage candidate data and re-engage quality talent that has already interacted with our company brand previously and has a higher chance of interest and of meeting our hiring bar.

  • SeekOut aggregated candidate data from multiple sources online including LinkedIn, Github, other sources
  • SeekOut provides candidate contact info that can be hard to find.
  • SeekOut integrates with our ATS well except for not pulling most recent candidate engagement. This means you have to dig to determine whether someone from our organization has already reached out to a candidate.
  • SeekOut has reduced time to hire because we are able to find candidates more easily and reach out to them quicker because of its ability to find emails, phone numbers.
SeekOut leads great, informative trainings. They're available to answer questions and take feedback.
SeekOut is one of the best tools used for recruiting. Although I still use other tools, SeekOut by far provides the most accurate picture for a candidate, has relevant info, provides AI training for searches and allows me to streamline my sourcing process.
