Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
We use SeekOut as a sourcing platform for technical candidate searches. It solves the issue of not having potential contact information that you would not have access to if only using LinkedIn. I personally use SeekOut first when conducting my search for talent, because it also provides some profiles that may not have populated on other platforms. The boolean search window, power filters, and ability to search based on certifications is extremely helpful. Also the ability to "clone" a profile and have insight and data on where candidates of a particular industry have worked previously, so you can target other individuals working for a specific company with the same skills. Recommendations would be to add an "open to work/actively looking" tab if possible, but overall thumbs up!
