Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
We currently use Sendoso for a multitude of use cases such as gifts for new parents, gifts for completed reference calls, event speakers, etc. We use it across Marketing and Sales. The business problem that it solves is the need to automate giving appreciation to customers in bulk. Without Sendoso, this would be a manual time-consuming task (ie. manually finding addresses, ordering, packing, and sending gifts).
Pros
- Automating the gifting process.
- Providing original and quality gift ideas/ options.
- The "SendosoSender" group is different from other gift sending companies I have used in the past. It helps their users to feel supported as well as learn from other users and it really sets Sendoso apart.
Cons
- The user experience can be a little confusing sometimes.
- While the integration with Salesforce is a smooth process, the actual website user face and experience could be better.
- Customer experience has been greatly impacted.
I've used Tango in the past but strictly for gift cards. I think that Sendoso stacks up fairly equally but where it stands out is in their endless options of gifts.
