Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

I manage our Sendoso account and set up programs for sales development reps to help them get meetings and propel deals. I also use Sendoso for holiday gifting for partners and customers as well as gifting for internal employees. Finally, I use Sendoso for warehousing our event wearables, giveaways, and material that we use for onsite events.

Yes

Sendoso is great for sending gifts to internal employees and for eGifting in the United States. They could do a better job customizing the various emails that are sent on Sendoso's behalf for people to redeem gift cards and gifts. Their address confirmation could also be better and show people what you are trying to send them.
