Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso for many different things within our organization including internal and external swag, customer gifts, brand awareness, eGiftcards, and even utilize their experience options. Sendoso has a wide variety of options to choose from, and you can even ship internationally. We are also able to track our sends and integrate the platform with Salesforce.

  • eGiftcard options.
  • Array of merchandise and experience choices.
  • More user friendly website.
  • Quality control in sends.
  • Processing times.
  • Slow shipment times look poorly on our company.
  • Lack of item pictures on website makes us unsure what we're sending.
  • Setting up touches can be confusing/complicated.

Sendoso is best used for not only internal employees but also external employees. You can brand just about anything to send around the country for coworkers, customers, or prospects. Additionally, they also have eGiftcards and experiences you can choose from as well. Experiences are great for a virtual team party or a celebration with a prospect or customer team.
