Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

In my organization Sendoso is used to promote [brand] awareness, reward our partners, customers, internal team, and prospects and show our appreciation through gifts. Sendoso makes sending materials digital and physical easier by storing those for us and taking out a logistics step for us.

  • Product sourcing
  • Organization in the warehouse
  • Communication of send cancellations
  • Automation of send statuses
  • the inconsistency of packaging was not a good look on us when sending a specific gift to people outside our org, [which] could be detrimental [to] our reputation.
  • We have received feedback from other customers and prospects who were wowed by the handwritten notes and decor of other sends which would have worked in our favor.
  • We have around a 30% adoption of Sendoso in our company which means it is growing with us.
None on the list. We have used another logistics company for our tradeshow giveaways which [are] similar and both seem to have some warehouse issues with the organization. Very similar in nature.

If you are interested in finding unique gifts and experiences to gift to someone Sendoso is great at finding exactly what you need. Although on the other hand, Sendoso could use some work on communicating the accurate status of your sends at times [which] is mainly a 20% chance or lower of that being an issue so in most cases, you should not have a problem with your sends. Our company appreciates the partnership we [have] and Sendoso has been working on taking our feedback well.
