As complete as PowerSuites can be, SEO PowerSuite has you covered in your SEO Journey!
Overall Satisfaction with SEO PowerSuite
As "All-In-One" as you can get with SEO!! SEO PowerSuite is the most complete package of software to date! Even though I have been switching towards online services like Semrush, SE Ranking and Ahrefs, I keep coming back to SEO PowerSuite. Reason? It has pretty much everything you need to optimize your online presence as a small or large business. Even the free version is so complete, it gives everyone the opportunity to try it out and maybe even keep it as it is. The free limitation mainly lies in saving. You cannot save and/or export any data towards external documents. This is something you usually want to do after a few hours of research, so in the free version, you have to manually copy and paste information. Also, any connections you make with services like Google Analytics or Google Search console, will be removed after logging out. Is that a problem? Not at all. Especially if you want to work with clients and help them with the basics of SEO, this tool will be of great value! On top of that, they offer a lot of free tutorials and guides to get you started in your Optimalization journey.
Pros
- Website SEO research. Is your website SEO optimized or is it still missing valuable opportunities to rank better.
- A fun surprise what the Beginners guide that SEO PowerSuite offers. With this guide, you not only learn how to use the software, but you will also get a full understanding how a SEO analysis will work!
- And don't get me started on the features! Oh, there are so many features in each part of the software. It is a good thing that they have seperated the tools into different pieces of software.
Cons
- The limitations of the free version. The fact that you cannot save your work seems to be a good way to differentiate the free version from the paid one. However, they also added some limitations in a random way throughout the software. Limiting the search results or keyword results are a weird and unneeded feature.
- Pricing. Tied in with the other limitation mention, having lower priced tiers would make more sense. This could also bring in more new clients. In my experience, people like the software a lot, but don't want to pay these higher prices.
- The amount/location of the features. No problem with the amount per se, but there are soooo many features, it sometimes makes it a bit difficult to find everything in all different pieces of software. Even the non-expert mode, it is a bit much sometimes.
- Rewriting articles. After using the Rewrite tool in SEO PowerSuite, my articles ranked a lot better, and where also better to read.
- More SEO power from the website itself. I added more keywords in places I would not think of myself.
- Internal link building has improved. Seeing your website being drawn out in a diagram makes it a lot more clear where you could add/improve any links that are present on your website.
- Website issues fixed. SEO PowerSuite managed to find many issues on my website, and also guided towards solutions that where easy to implement. I run this service once a month and keep my website in tip-top shape.
In many ways, SEO PowersSuite is so powerful that I keep coming back to it everytime. All other software is a. Online and b. Often limited in ways (even in the paid versions) that breaks the productivity. Not a super bad thing per-se, but if you have to work on various websites per week, this becomes a problem. Some software is good as it is, because you can implement it directly into the website (Yoast SEO for example.) Other software, like SE Ranking is very complete, but offers different pricing tiers that do not always match your needs. This is not true for everyone, but I noticed it in my workflow after using SE Ranking for a few years.

By setting up a great keyword strategy for all their music related content, they can attract new clients, fans, and visitors to their website.
Also, the backlink features offer a lot of possibilities for websites related to their content. It makes it easy to find opportunities for backlinks and possible collaborations with fellow artists and other professionals.

1 - To use SEO Powersuite in full, you need to have a broad knowledge of keywords, search engines, internal/external linking, and much more related to proper SEO work. SEO Powersuite offers good guides on these topics, so it can be done by just one person if needed.
In an ideal situation (and when your business is a bit bigger), you might want to have one person doing specific tasks, like only working on external backlinking and outreach, and the other only working on keywords and rankings.
