Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
Sharpspring is a true hub for our business. There isn't a day we aren't in it for our own company and for our clients. From our sales pipeline to lead nurturing, to client interactions, Sharpspring is something we have wrapped a lot of our process in. Each person involved in our company regardless level or position used Sharpspring in some way. At each point in our sales process is gives us a place to see if our own marketing efforts are working, which leads need attention, and what content is being effective - all of these things we do for our clients as well.
Pros
- Positions our agency as the resource.
- Up and running in a matter of minutes.
- Because of the quick implementation, a quick ROI to the client is much easier.
Cons
- Parts of the platform are still clunky.
- On rare occasions, the platform cannot be reached.
- Because of its age, integrations are still limited.
- We have been on the Sharpspring platform for nearly a year now and it has changed our agency. Since its implementation we have doubled our revenue.
- Sales cycles tend to be a but longer, but we have been able to increase our pricing so this impact has been minimal.
- We moved from a project based agency to a retainer based agency and it has made all the difference.
At first we were forced to duct tape a lot of tools together for ourselves and our clients to get things done. We were doing this until we could afford the investment of a platform we could latch on to and build our business around. We understand that Sharpspring is a "swiss army knife" of sorts (or it will not do things as good as other apps) but where it lacks in luster and design, the platform makes up for in utility. It also put us directly "in front" of our clients, unlike other platforms that come between the agency and the user - we loved this part of SharpSpring.
