SharpSpring is the sharpest marketing platform out there!
Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is being used across the company. We currently have it activated with 3 clients that have seen some great results. The primary business problems it addresses are marketing automation as well as lead capturing. This is especially valuable to our clients as it allows them to automate rather tedious marketing activities (email follow-ups, confirmations, etc) in a few clicks.
Pros
- Customer service is exceptional with SharpSpring. We have never had an issue that the service team could not address. Every time they have been beyond professional.
- The marketing automation engine within SharpSpring is powerful. You would be hard pressed to find a similar one for as good of a price as SharpSpring.
- The user interface within SharpSpring is easy to navigate once you have been in the platform for about an hour.
Cons
- Email engine is hard to use and not as robust as other players in the market.
- The ability to separate out leads into sales teams and not just a 1:1 assignment.
- The landing pages feature is still new and has room for improvment.
- We have saved over $2000 in time and staffing.
- We have gained over $20,000 in new client work based on our agency's use and implementation of SharpSpring.
- Since SharpSpring does not have an ability to create sales teams we lost out on an RFP from a major automotive client.
The simple answer to this question, SharpSpring is cheaper without skimping on features. We use SharpSpring in a similar fashion as a company would use HubSpot, but found that the value in SharpSpring comes from its low entry cost point. When we compared features between the two the biggest difference was in price, which initially got us to purchase it. We now are an advocate for the platform and can say it works well!
