Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring was very easy to learn for first time marketing automation users like us, mainly because of the interface but also because of the onboarding program they provided. It is much more than just an automated email program, the power of the program really lies in all the intel it is collecting and the processes that you can build around that.
Pros
- User Interface is straight forward
- Visual workflow builder - simple to understand and create workflows. For example "user downloads product brochure" -> "wait 1 day" -> "send follow up email asking if a sales rep may reach out to him"
- Contact manager showing lead sources (e.g. Adwords, Google Search, Bing etc.)
Cons
- The wording when building lists and setting conditions / filters seems unnecessarily complicated
- More leads
- More structure to how leads are handled
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
SharpSpring has a much easier user interface, more intuitive workflows and is generally easier to use... however we use MS Dynamics as a CRM system so I am not sure what we will end up using since there are a lot of advantages to having everything from one source. If it weren't for that though, SharpSpring would easily be my first choice.
