Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We recently implemented SharpSpring across our company. The automations have helped us manage all our communication in one place and track it to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Managing and automating prospecting communications.
  • Viewing the buying cycle and pipeline.
  • Integrating and automating processes.
  • They could use more direct integrations. Their native Zapier integration is limited but I can sometimes get around that using the Zapier webhooks functions.
  • It's been great for pipeline management. Our management team can quickly review opportunities and strategize on closing them.
  • Our marketing communications are better planned and more effective.
  • We can quickly evaluate A/B campaigns and make adjustments.

SharpSpring has a fairly intuitive interface to begin with but they also provide a very comprehensive onboarding training that has gotten us up and running on it in less than a month.
From our onboarding specialist to the customer success agents, we've had fantastic support. Responses are quick and thorough.
SharpSpring is great for managing and automating your marketing communications with warm prospects, those that have opted into communications from you. If you do a lot of cold email outreach, you won't want to use this platform for it. There are other resources that do cold or mass emails that are far better suited to that purpose. Fortunately, most of them can be integrated so that when someone opts in from the mass email platform they can be automatically pushed into SharpSpring and followed up with from there.
