Overall Satisfaction with SignRequest

We used SignRequest strictly for management contract signatures for our clients, in an ordered signature fashion. We only have 1 department, and largely just myself sending these requests.
  • SignRequest made my workflow easy. Creating a template for the 1 doc we needed signed, and it was easy to plug in signees easily, quickly and assign the correct order.
  • With my small use case for SignRequest I can't think of anything that could be improved, except possibly easier integration with multiple CRMs to store docs in one place.
  • Our ROI was in time savings, and it is cheaper than Adobe Sign. I was not in charge of the payments for Adobe so I can't say how much, but I know it was substantial for our business.
[Well suited for a] Small business. SignRequest is incredibly easy to configure and use in no time at all. If you don't have a lot of tech experience in your company this is still easy to implement quickly.
