Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

We use this software to deliver custoner and employee technical training.
We deliver online laboratory, videos and presentations.
The scope is very wide,we cover all the products as well as all internal and external audience.
The software provides us with analytics and reporting, we also integrate it with salesforce.

  • Missing real time chat via Slack with customer service
  • Customise reporting
  • No support for github or ci/cd
It does what it says. It is simple on the surface. It is not great to debug and customer support relies too much on ready meal knowledge bases that are not great. The good thing is that it is easy to use. The API are lacking documentation and there is no way to execute mass modifications
It is ok, quite slow compared to the competition.
Needs Slack integration

Far simpler than successfactors, well suited for small companies
Very good for IT companies and startup.
Low barriers to entry, enough structure around the contents.

Would not use it for large enterprises or pharmaceutical environments.

It requires a 59% FTE to manage the platform and get the most out of it.

You can also bypass its shortcomings with very skilled programming skills
