Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software
Our business uses Skilljar for internal, customer and partner training. We decided to do business with Skilljar to create a better user experience for our customers as well as alleviate a lot of time consuming administrative tasks we had with our previous platform. Since switching to Skilljar we have received great feedback from our customers on the look and feel of the new platform, in addition to the ease of use.
- User experience
- Customizable Domains
- Ease of course creation and publishing
- Reports are out of the box and cannot be customized to your business needs
- Event Cancellation notifications are non-existant
- Event registration end dates. There is no way end student registrations after a specific time frame
- Support cases are hit and miss. More often than not I feel that my issues are not important to them.
- Increased Revenue
- Increased Training Options - Single courses, self-paced options, subscriptions, pre-made training paths, customized private training
- Increased course and exam completions
