Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

We use Skilljar to train our employees and clients on our products. We have a certification program through Skilljar for our legacy product, and we have training courses for our new products that are still being developed. We also have a thought leadership course that we run for free, which we have used to drive sales.

The software is very easy to use and intuitive once you've used it a few times. At first the navigation seems a little wonky, but they actually changed it recently to be even more clear. That's on the admin side. As a user, it's very easy to use and the navigation makes total sense.
The Client Success and Support teams at Skilljar are incredible! They meet with you monthly and work hard to make sure you are using the product to the best of your ability and getting the most out of it. I thought they were so great, I considered applying! It seems like a great work environment, which makes for happy and helpful employees.

Skilljar is great for training. We have been able to get our clients more up to speed on our products using Skilljar, as it is self-service and easy for them to use. It is also easy for me as an admin to view the "students" in the system, track their progress, and update their progress if they feel "stuck" for any reason - which is user error and not because of the software.
