Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar’s Customer Education LMS Platform

I run our partner enablement program, which has me using Skilljar every day. We have a partner certification program through Skilljar that integrates directly with our application. Users follow step-by-step instructions in our Academy (Skilljar frontend) to configure use cases in our software. Once a module is complete, users click a verification button in a widget within our application. This triggers a work check to see if they configured the use case correctly. Upon a successful check, our application calls into Skilljar API to unlock the next Module in the Academy. Skilljar is super easy to integrate with for this purpose. The API documentation is great, and the customer support is superb.

Skilljar has an intuitive UI/UX and great API documentation that helps make integration super easy. Customer support is very responsive and easy to work with. Our CSM, Lindsey, always has an answer or is happy to track one down for us. Skilljar powers our Academy and certification programs to meet our vision.
Customer Support is great. We have a Customer Support Manager, Lindsey, who is always super helpful and quick to respond. She usually has an answer and is happy to track one down if she does not. The IT folks are also helpful when we do need to submit a ticket, which is not often.
