Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar’s Customer Education LMS Platform

Skilljar is our LMS for our Academy, which contains our customer education certification program. We also use it for Onboarding. The purpose of the Academy is to grow users into power users and make users more sticky as customers. We break our content out by user persona and billing tier, and have about 100 courses, 6 certifications, and 6 onboarding tracks.

  • Customer specific education.
  • Native quizzing functionality.
  • Reporting
  • Customization of page layout and design.
Every LMS has its issues, and Skilljar is no exception. However, their CS support is excellent, which helps to offset any inadequacies.
Responsive, creative, and feels like a true partner.
