Overall Satisfaction with Slack

As an administrative assistant, it is very crucial to communicate with my teammates daily and receive the answers quickly. Slack is very helpful in this matter, because it has the features to have different channels and have them with different themes. option of the voice recording is quite helpful, as it simplifies the information sharing.

as Slack has much more features and options, it was much easier to switch to this platform and very convenience

I would recommend Slack to my friends, as it offers very helpful features and is a great option for communicating and receive quick responses from teammates, also to have a work related communication solely in one platform and not mess up other communications through the apps that we daily use with friends.

Evaluating Slack and Competitors

Yes - it replaced the WhatsApp Business app in my organization. first of all, Slack has more features, it has the option to create different channels according to the specifications. the thread function is also very convenient, to not lose the conversation on a specific topic. furthermore, having workspace communication solely in one app is very efficient and convenient.

it is very easy to use, not even confusing for new users. I like that we can share the files in this conversations and also the "edit" features for texts is really helpful if you miss some mistakes or overlook the text. the feature that we can pin the important update helps us a lot to access the necessary information quickly.
the one thing that bothers me using this platform is that it has issues with notifications. sometimes you can't even see there is notifications on this app if you don't open this file. I would also add a feature that seen updates have different color to simply differentiate them and not confuse.
