Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

It's been used across the whole organization. The feature we use and enjoy the most is the heatmaps and recordings, which helps our Product Team track our users' behaviors and helpd us identify gaps and improve our product. We also like that Smartlook is always improving and adding new features; it's a way better product since we started using it.

UX is so good and the product is so well documented that I never had the need to contact support. Their videos to explain how to use each feature are very clear and helpful, giving you all the information needed to succeed.
Very seamless usability, great UI. I never found myself lost looking for any feature or button from day one.
I started using Mixpanel and switched to Smartlook after a friend referred me. Never got back from Mixpanel since, and I think that explains everything you need to know. From UX/UI to overall features, Smartlook has all our team needs in a much better and more enjoyable setting.

It's well suited to track user behavior on your product. Not as powerful as GA for event and conversion tracking, but the ability to watch user recordings in real-time and see heatmaps for website pages has helped us find bugs, improve UX and the product overall.
