Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff to actively monitor commission payments and break down what deals makeup that each sales representative's monthly commission. The business problem that it solves is not the transparency & view that we have as sales reps in our commission payments. The system has an extremely granular view of what the commission payment & rate is on each deal.

I give it this rating because the Spiff solution is very to use from a sales rep perspective. The dashboard is user-friendly & easily allows me to research what makes up my total commission payment on a monthly basis. It has saved me a great deal of time compared to the manual process we had used previously.
The level of trust has improved tremendously. Our old manual process (using an Excel worksheet) left tons of room for human error and had a way lower level of trust from a Sales rep's perspective. The granular views into each deal save time and give me trust in the process.

Spiff is well suited because before we started using their product, our sales team had no insight into what the individual breakdown was that made up our commission payments. Previously, it was up to the sales rep to make sure that the Finance team didn't incorrectly calculate the commission on a deal or if it was just missing altogether.
