Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
We use Spiff to actively monitor commission payments and break down what deals makeup that each sales representative's monthly commission. The business problem that it solves is not the transparency & view that we have as sales reps in our commission payments. The system has an extremely granular view of what the commission payment & rate is on each deal.
