Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Spiff in our sales team. It helps us acknowledge how much I am going to make as a salesperson each month. It allows me to plan my personal finances effectively.

It is very user-friendly. It is very visually pleasing to the eye as well. It is very easy to use and track all of my metrics. Everyone from my team uses it and is able to get up and running very quickly when they are onboarded to the platform.

Trust in the Compensation Process

It has increased my trust because it is in writing and makes it easy to actually track! I know there is no room for error because it takes every deal into consideration. There is no guessing on my end when looking at my commission checks every quarter. My team is able to collaborate together across it and it has created better alignment.

Aplos Nonprofit Software

I haven't really evaluated any tools like this. I am not in a decision making seat to be able to evaluate tools but I don't think we ever really looked outside of Spiff because it is top-tier in the space and several other businesses in our industry use it to this day. It is trustworthy and that is why our leadership team went with it.

It is really great for a salesperson whose lively hood is all based on commissions. At the end of the quarter, when I am looking at my future budget and trying to plan for how I can spend money in the next few months (i.e., going on trips and having extra spending money), it can be challenging to add it all up because there are different tier percentages. Spiff helps me track that and makes it really easy to put together a budget that will fit my lifestyle.
