Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff gives me complete visibility to my commissions and as often as I'd like to see it. No more guessing what that number will be come pay day, as I close business I can see that number increase and know exactly what I'm working with come pay day. Spiff is a fantastic tool for any sales professional, I'd highly recommend!

- Provides historic data for complete transparency
- Breaks down monthly payout, quarterly and annual true-ups as well
- The login process is a bit clunky
- I'd like to see a plugin to my company portal for easier access
- Navigation of historic data can be intimidating
- Improved productivity as an org
- Increased performance from the sales teams
- Key ingredient to the culture of our organization
I have a few horror stories in my bag as it relates to commissions over the years, and each one came as a total surprise. Spiff takes the guess game out of the equation, and allows for me to trust the organization I currently represent.
