Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff has been a blessing to our company! Before we started using Spiff, we used to get our commissions on an Excel sheet. Now we're able to see every detail and stay up to date with our opps and the commission that corresponds.

Cons

  • Real time updates would be nice
  • automatic position promotions or updates
  • It's helped commission be more transparent
As a company we were all new to Spiff and it was really user friendly. Once we did our company training, there wasn't much that we couldnt figure out on our own

I've been super appreciated as a newly promoted rep being able to keep track of where I am during my ramp period. Spiff has made it super simple for me to correlate my opps to the commission I am going to be receiving. It's also super motivating to see if laid out in front of you how close you are to your next goal. Love Spiff!
