Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff to track commissions and overall performance regarding our own book of business, both from renewal and new logos.
  • Visual representation of goals and performance
  • Breakdown of accounts and details
  • I would love to have more predictive insights
  • I would love to get alerts when certain goals are met or close
  • Easy commissions calculations
  • Easy to identify any errors or if there is anything missing
It's a great tool to use and to help personally and as a team. It's much more engaging visually than any other tools I have used prior.
I feel it's transparent enough where if there is an error I would be easy to identify. So far it has been effective and accurate.
CaptivateIQ failed to show the depth of details I can get with Spiff. Spiff is much easier to navigate and overall is a more effective tool to forecast and visually much more pleasing.
