Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff to process commissions. Since implementing the tool, our commissions process is almost completely automated. It provides compensation visibility to all of our sales reps. Most importantly, Spiff allows us to adapt to change within the sales organization quickly, which in turn allows our organization to be more effective during transient times.

Spiff is very easy to use, and provides clear visibility. Sometimes it takes Spiff awhile to refresh.
It provides more trust, as I am able t spend less time calculating commissions and more time on activities that help the company
