Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

I’m a rep so I use it to track my commissions/deals. It allows me to see when I’m getting paid out and how much, along with important compensation documents and quotas.

Sometimes it can be hard to find what I'm looking for, especially signed documents. I also wish that it showed the previous month instead of current when pulling up commission tracking.
I will say that it's quite clear in terms of monthly break down and what goes into the calculations. I typically do have faith in the calculations.

Yes

I think it’s a good tool for a sales team to use, but I think the intuitiveness of it can be a downside. It should open up to the previous month in my opinion vs the next one because it will usually be blank unless you’re at the end of the quarter.
