Overall Satisfaction with Splash Event Marketing Platform

Splash is only used by my department - the events/PR department. Splash has automated a lot of our previously manual processes like collecting guest information, check-in, registration, email communication. We use the Splash dashboard to track various metrics for sponsors and the team - this not only helps us improve our processes in the future based on outcome, but helps us prove a positive ROI for our sponsors and our internal executives.

  • Registration page building - template system
  • Easy to use registration system from guest perspective
  • Providing more support hours and easier access to support - initiating a call center or instant messenger feature
  • Improving email deliverability - Splash emails are typically labeled "marketing" and end up in people's spam or promotions folder
  • Splash allows us to track attendee metrics in real time
  • Splash makes user registration easy - a positive user experience
  • Splash's look and aesthetic is sleek and modern
Splash is sleeker, easier to use and more modern looking than Cvent.

Cvent did however have round the clock customer service whenever anything went wrong. That kind of support is really great to have.
Splash is perfect for any event planning team who needs to collect registrations, send email marketing messages, track analytics, etc. I am not sure Splash would be worth the investment unless your team does 10+ large events per year.
