We use Splunk Real User Monitoring in our company to monitor user activity in our customer experience app, so as to easily find and fix any issues, problem or bug that may be hindering our customers from accessing our app services, with end to end visibility Splunk RUM allows us to see the origin of any problem in our app thus allowing us to quickly and accurately fix the problem.
- End-to-end visibility enables me to see each transaction from start to finish thereby making it easy to know where exactly an anomaly is coming from.
- They have a really kind and helpful customer support.
- Application monitoring.
- End user performance metrics.
- I think that integration with other apps needs to be improved because it's not very smooth currently.
- Splunk RUM as with other Splunk Products has a very high price tag, I hope they provide more affordable options.
- Analytics reports are sometimes hard to understand, maybe the creators should work on how to make the reports easily understandable and implementable.
