Overall Satisfaction with SpotMe

We utilize SpotMe as a platform to simplify custom agendas for participants and the ability to livestream and save the recording after the event. Helps in simplifying complex virtual events. The tool is user-friendly and the app assists in navigating attendees around and referring back to the app after. The polling function assists with engagement and allows this in a virtual platform.

  • I think with all technology, there is room for improvement - such as some outage/reliability.

SpotMe is great if you would like your attendees to be engaged prior to your event and during your event. It can be used as an event app for personalized agendas, interaction, and gamification. This allows communication to/from attendees to be way more accessible and at their fingertips. It also allows them to feel more engaged in the event, especially if it is virtual.
