Overall Satisfaction with Square for Retail

This was used for a small, single-location store. Square for Retail was got to help us manage our inventory, point of sales items, and sales performance. Our store had a lot of SKUs and there was a good amount of new SKUs that would come in and Square for Retail was easy to use for updates in those situations.

We didn't evaluate too many other options before deciding to move forward with Square for Retail. For us, the platform was a well-rounded package that offered everything we were looking for up-front without having to include multiple add-ons to the system. It truly just fits our specific needs for our company.

If you are a small business that is in need of a payments platform, inventory management and some analytical performance, Square for Retail is a great solution. If you work within a larger organization that you will want to see a stronger connection with your account payable portal this may not be the best solution for your business.
