Overall Satisfaction with Stripe
Stripe is being used across our organization. IT department uses Stripe for our product, it is integrated in our service to receive payments from clients. Business development department also uses Stripe to receive payments from clients and to send/receive payments to/from our partners. Stripe helps us to process payments faster and in more convenient way.
- The integration of Stripe with other software always goes smoothly
- Stripe has a very clean and convenient user interface on both web and mobile applications
- Customer support is great, they always reply in minutes
- Transaction fees are pretty high
- Would be nice to have customisable email receipt
- No other complaigns
- Stripe automated payments on our e-commerce platform, which is very convenient for us and our customers
- Although the transaction fees are pretty high, the value of Stripe is huge, so it still has positive ROI
Square Invoices is a great product with a lot of great features, but Stripe is more popular and more widely used. Also some of our IT professionals already had long experience working with Stripe and integrating it in e-commerce platforms, so we chose Stripe as it made more sense for us.
