Overall Satisfaction with Tabs3 Billing
Every attorney and paralegal uses this software to record billing entries.
- The software usually boots without freezing.
- Because editing after submitting an entry is impossible, we are required to be exact and precise.
- Total hours per month entered are probably visible to someone.
- No way to edit an entry after saving.
- Freezes often after booting.
- There is no way to see total hours monthly.
- Having to be so precise and unable to delete entries is very difficult on morale.
- A graphical user interface would make it easier,
Slow, hard to use, feels straight out of the 1980’s.
