Reliable, Easy to Use, Integrated Solution for Our Company

Usability is really one of the best things about Tipalti for me. It is very intuitive to use, the menus are clear and well laid out, and it takes seconds to find an invoice and understand its entire history. We added the payments module only a few months ago, and it has made a huge difference to our efficiency. The whole process now flows nicely right from invoice receipt to cash in the vendor's bank account.

Tipalti works incredibly well for us. I'm not sure how it would cope in a manufacturing environment, for example, but for a tech company like ours dealing only with services, it is ideal. The user experience is really good, downtime hardly ever happens, we haven't come across any bugs, and we have really great visibility of exactly where an invoice is sitting in the process, and also where it has been through the invaluable 'Bill audit' function. Payments go off smoothly, the support team is responsive and helpful, and the integrations make our lives much easier.
