Overall Satisfaction with Totango

I work at the partner onboarding team. We use Totango to track the progress of the customer. From reaching out and scheduling an onboarding to gathering the necessary information to promote customer success. We depend on Totango to summarize and compare the results of our onboardings.

  • Intuitiveness of the UI
  • Reports are accurate and presents the results that the team puts in
  • Overall speed of the product
  • Efficiency in displaying tasks and multi tasking
  • Multi Tab editing does is finnicky and inconsistent
  • Helps us keep track on where the customer is with onboarding
  • We get to see which customers need more attention
  • Overall retention has increased due to the policies we put in but was mostly made possible due to totango
It's quicker to use than Totango but it's not as user friendly.

Our manager handles most of the support cases but from the few times we did contact customer support we've had a pretty decent experience.
There was one instance where they told us there was an ongoing maintenance with no reassurance when it will end.
The overall experience is pretty decent. My main complaint with totango is that it's a bit sluggish, specially if you have a lot of tasks and success plays. It also gets buggy when you try to edit different tasks on mutliple browser tabs.
It's good for what it tries to do and it's very usable most of the time. It's just the overall speed and usability of the tool that needs drastic improvement.
