Overall Satisfaction with Totango

Totango is being used by our Customer Success team to follow up our devices users (priority accounts). Nal accounts followed-up by the customer Success team. Totango is very helpful to have a broad visibility of the accounts, adoption, renewals, touch points. I would like to have an easy way to export a single account information to share it with other areas that need to know about the account. I would also like to be able to upload opportunities and forecast of my accounts.

I haven't used support for Totango. However I thought that the onboarding emails and webinars proposed for new users are useful.
Very easy to use, allow a clear follow-up of accounts and personalized reports. I would love to be able to extract individual accounts information and to upload opportunities and use it as a forecast tool for my accounts.
I am a new user of the tool and it took me only a few clicks to understand it. It is very intuitive and easy to learn. I like having my set of accounts all in one single place and to get adoption numbers of my accounts in a easy to use platform.
