Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud
Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is currently being used by our corporate communications team to report to the VP of Corporate Marketing and VP of Marketing, as well as to the CEO. What we are trying to do is create Share of Voice reports showing how we are doing compared to our competitors as well as peers.

- Interactive reports - the reporting is very well done and presents data in a clean way for an executive outside of marketing to understand.
- Strong search capabilities - the search capabilities are great, meaning that it can pick up coverage across the globe and also allows me to specify the search parameter.
- Great customer support team - the team is very responsive and has been critical to helping get my dashboards set up.
- I'd like to see the ability to replicate a dashboard without having it be a manual process.
- Ability to group dashboards into one category or move around dashboard order on the side bar.
- Ability to show year after year difference.
Cision Communications Cloud gives me a clean way to show my execs our SOV.
