Overall Satisfaction with Tricentis Tosca
I use Tosca to automate, Salesforce application also used it for Automating ServiceMax and SAP Application. It was very exiting and good learning exeperience while automating application using Tosca. It is very easy to understand and develop modules in Tosca.

- We User want to do customization on the predefined module, he need basic understanding of programing language, and without formal training of customization it is difficult to create custom modules.

As Tosca give us wide range of testing, we can perform our product end to end testing which contains desktop, mobile, web, api , etc test in one go, which will increase coverage and help to find critical defects.
As our product required wide rage of testing start from web testing to desktop automation also, we gone through the feature provided by Tosca and decided it will be good fit for end to end automation.
Even though from our team no one is aware of how to use the tools, the guide will be helpful and support team is also very supportive.
