Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet guides us on all significant HR issues, such as terminations, workers comp, unemployment, hiring practices, etc. The technology allows us to easily pay employees and gives the team access to all their compensation information online, and through the mobile app. The company also keeps us in compliance with different state requirements and laws, as we have people that work remotely in several states.
The new portal is easier to use and has good functionality. I hope it continues to get more robust over time.
We use TriNet for "big company" health benefits, payroll and guidance on all HR related issues. Our team members also rely on TriNet for payroll and health benefit-related questions.

  • Proactive outreach by our primary service associate
  • More learning management content on HR, employee relations, retention, etc.
  • A more robust HRIS system with richer functionality that is fully integrated, with Single Sign on
  • Enables us to acquire talent by offering "big company" health benefits and a robust system
  • Keeps us in compliance on all state and federal laws & regulations related to taxes, hiring, etc.
  • Enables us to pay our employees with ease and accuracy
Awesome service for small to medium-sized business, who don't have "in-house" expertise or resources for HR. Large companies with very robust HR, payroll and benefits personnel are less likely to use TriNet.
