Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

The TriNet team has always closed out any issue we have had. They are knowledgable and capable of helping. Response time is the only reason I gave a 9 vs. a 10.
Intuitive application. Frequent proactive communication.
TriNet is used across our entire organization. It has enabled us to provide best in class benefits, payroll services and HR support with a single contract.

  • Benefits program at par with a Fortune 100 company.
  • Response time from dedicated TriNet support person.
  • Payroll accuracy, HR compliance in a rapidly changing legal landscape.
  • Ease of dealing with taxation.
  • Ability to recruit top talent from F100 companies by providing them with a similar level of support.
We searched out 2 other alternatives. Prices were all similar. However, TriNet has far better IT tools and better benefits leverage. On a scale basis, smaller PEOs cannot compete against TriNet with all that it offers
