Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

My Client Services Representative is very approachable and responds quickly.
I recently had a new employee tell me the site is not user friendly when reviewing for first time.
TriNet is being utilized across the whole organization. We are a small nonprofit with 10 employees. TriNet addresses benefits and payroll for our organization.
  • Benefit options for our employees
  • Payroll processing
  • Online system to house all HR relevant information to make it easy for employees to access
  • Tracking of time. Currently, it is another product that has to be utilized, but isn't a TriNet product. Need a TriNet product to track time for hourly employees. And that should be included in the package since it is an essential function of payroll.
  • The recruiting function doesn't seem to be really user-friendly. Takes a while to sort through applications and make responses.
  • TriNet keeps our organization within HR compliance.
TriNet allows small organizations to not have to go into the insurance market themselves by providing benefits packages.
