Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Used across the organization. TriNet serves as our PEO - managing the payroll and HR issues for our company.
  • Manage the rules and regulations for HR needs throughout the country.
  • Can find experts to assist with multi-state issues.
  • Management of payroll.
  • Customer service representatives are always friendly and helpful.
  • Connect360 is an issue - responses to email requests are too slow.
  • Occasionally you will receive different answers to the same question.
  • Our account manager has changed multiple times.
I have never worked with a representative that wasn't knowledgeable or unwilling to assist.
Emailing Connect360 is a disappointment - the response time is too slow when you need information right away to keep moving along. The phone prompt can be a bit sluggish. It would be nice to get to a representative a bit quicker - less prompts.

  • We can track all promotions and pay increases for each employee.
  • We have access to all employees benefits enabling us to assist with questions.
  • Workforce Analytics provides a wide range of reports.
  • Training modules that can be utilized.
TriNet has continually shared regulations to the administrators that are specific to states. There is also a link that each employee can utilize to stay up to date on COVID guidelines.
TriNet staff members are friendly and well-trained. Responses are often sluggish due to them having to put in requests for a report that provides the information you need.
