Customer support is generally decent although for any deeper level issues expect a wait to get a response or solution.
Very good user interface for core products. Much better than other systems tried. Ancillary products do seem to suffer from some degree of neglect from their development team.

- All employees love the system with no complaints about navigation or access to information
Some support was offered through pre-generated reports for PPP application as well as COVID sick leave tracking

We switched from ADP to TriNet several years ago when moving to a PEO model. Our company has never looked back. We're happy with the ease of use and options offered. Benefits are great and easy to implement, providing a competitive edge for SMBs. Payroll tracking is generally good as is employee time and attendance tracking. More work is needed on improving the TriNet cloud features such as their compliance resources, employee training, applicant tracking and onboarding.
