Understanding customer voice and also bringing in a lot of visibility in terms of acceptance of the product. Reviews also help in the decision process of potential customers.
  • Comprehensive and targeted content which is also becomes an interesting read for an audience.
  • Deep dive reviews help internal teams to make necessary improvements to product.
  • Owning the campaigns and becoming like an extension of marketing teams for companies
  • It's a good idea to collect just a rating from those who don’t want to write a full review as their oven might be making noises... but there should be a provision to remind them to come back and write a review time and again.
  • The process of review moderation should be made visible to vendors. It helps in informing customers accordingly.

Content is supreme in TrustRadius as it is comprehensive and to the point. Custom questions are a great move as we can know what needs to be done from a product perspective.
We did consider Capterra but since our business requirements are different, we narrowed it down to TrustRadius.
We have just started and have a long way to go in terms of ORM but with TrustRadius, we got the right start and we wish to work with them more.
TrustRadius is important to know the voice of customer which in turn paves the way for transparency and goodwill.
