TrustRadius for Vendors is an excellent platform for software vendors to gain unique insights into solutions

We use TrustRadius for Vendors to help us with product reviews for specific SAP solutions. This is used to augment our customer reference program. With TrustRadius for Vendors you get reviews from customers and partners with whom you might not otherwise be engaged. We use the reviews for direct input for our product management team, as well as to demonstrate our strengths on our corporate website as well as with our global sales team. The reviews give us unique insight from individuals at companies. Many times when doing formal customer reviews we don't always connect directly with those using the software on a day-to-day basis. With TrustRadius for Vendors you have access to the direct users of our software. Working with the colleagues at TrustRadius for Vendors is very easy and they are a pleasure to work with.

It is very helpful how the reviews focus on key capabilities and differentiators. I really like how you can provide categories, custom questions, and the ability to get right at the information you need from your reviewers.

The custom questions and quotes are extremely useful. Being able to reuse the quote directly is one of the reasons why we stay with TrustRadius for Vendors. The fact that we can use the quote on our website, with a sales rep, and the compliance and GDPR requirements are covered, is really excellent!
