Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
TSheets is being used in our company by our employees out in the field. We are in the construction industry, so they are using it to clock in and out on a daily basis, which is allowing me to track the hours spent on each client.
- Easy to use, many ways for our employees to use it
- Great customer service, quick and responsive
- GPS tracking available when the app is used
- Many many settings that can be overwhelming
- We have had some isolated incidents where the app causes issues with logging in
- Saves me a ton of time compiling hours for payroll each week
- Saves me time on job costing
- Accurate clocking in and out in real time, ideally will help shave down excess hours over time (time theft)
I did not use any other apps. A competitor of ours uses TSheets, so we decided to go with it, and are happy we did.
