Overall Satisfaction with Twilio SendGrid

The first time we applied for an account we were denied. Monica R reported to us that we broke their terms based on the emails we were sending out. How can a company send out emails if the applied company never sent out any emails due to not having an account? We went over to Twilio and spoke to a very nice lady who was going to speak to the manager who never showed up to address the issue. We just want an account. We ask the customer service to send us all the emails we sent out to justify the reasoning. Not one of the 6 cs we have emailed with is returning emails. We are with Click Funnels and just want to move forward.

  • I guess that SendGrid is ok, IMS account was stopped due to the type of emails being sent out - though zero emails were sent out that we are aware of.

We here it is good but has this huge issue with customer service. We wanted to go with SendGrid because it was recommended, but we have had three months of grief.

Sendgrid put a hold on it before we were able to use sendgrid
